This dessert combines the molten chocolate cake recipe with the smooth creamy vanilla ice cream from the we all scream for post. This was a perfect union and caramel was like the ring that brought these two souls together. It would be irresponsible of me not to post the following disclaimer - I noticed a strange, apparent neurological phenomena each time this dessert was served. My guests would suddenly begin to moan aloud! Then their eyes would close and the moaning and pleasure sounding groans would continue unabated until either what was in their mouth melted away. It would then resume once more as they are about to delve into this decadent delight.
